Delete Your KOMIT Account

You can request deletion of your KOMIT account and the personal data associated with it at any time. KOMIT is operated by LINX Digital Ltd, registered in England and Wales, United Kingdom.

How to request deletion

Email help@ikomit.com with the subject line "Account deletion request", sent from the email address you used to sign up for KOMIT.

We will verify the request belongs to you, then delete your account. Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in credentials
Your profile (name, email address)
Your commitments, check-in history, streaks and stats
Photos and videos you uploaded
Your feed posts and group challenge memberships

What may be retained

Records we are legally required to keep (for example, transaction records for tax and accounting purposes), retained only for the legally required period
Aggregated or anonymised analytics data that no longer identifies you

Subscriptions are managed by Google Play or the Apple App Store — deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings.
